Ans.    The following are some of the important tips:
(i)    At the first instance start your studies with Bare Act; thoroughly study the Bare Act of each subject with complete emphasis on the understanding & interpretation of the provisions with the help of illustrations.
(ii)    Then a complete comprehensive, extensive study of all topics with prominent case law (where substantial question of law has been decided) of each subject. This study means:- Each topic must be studied in the following way
-    Bare provisions
-    Illustrations
-    Interpretation & explanation & case law on the given topic.
-    Practice how to answer the question on the topic (pick up Questions on a given topic from the previous papers.)
The most important advise is not to mug  up the answers, upgrade and improve your knowledge, as the question on a given topic may be asked in different manner.
